The Embodied Goddess

The Embodied Goddess program is a 6 month program that is a holistic approach to coaching that empowers you to improve your health, lose weight, and heal your relationship with your body - and food - by creating long lasting habits that cultivate long-term success. This program is designed to help you learn how to: release subconscious programming that holds you back, love yourself fully, prioritize yourself without the feelings of guilt and anger, build sustainable habits, and finally get out of your own way - for good. By focusing on your mind, body, and soul in this comprehensive program, you will be able to embody and release your inner goddess!

Ignite Your Metabolism

Nutrition is one of the biggest pieces of the puzzle when it comes to weight loss and bettering your health. It’s also one of the most challenging aspects. The Ignite Your Metabolism program is a 16 week program is designed to teach you how to make healthy eating a lifestyle. Let go of diet culture, restriction, and heal your relationship with food once and for all. We give you the foundation to truly understand nutrition for any stage of your health journey, while also giving you the ability to eat mindfully while creating greater synchrony with your own body. This program will help to free you from the constraints of traditional diet culture.
